Each agent cross-references the plan against the PRD, the existing agent fleet, and AlfredOS conventions, then writes structured findings. Aggregated into a severity-grouped summary. Modelled on narrative-craft's review-pr skill but adapted for forward-looking plan documents (no auto-fix loop, no cost-cap state — plans are negotiated, not patched).
