Triage GitHub issues across one or more repos and rank them into a Projects (v2) board queue — dedup/consolidate, fix hygiene, and set Status/Priority/Size/Effort so /work-issue next can burn the queue down. Runs incrementally by default (deep-reads only untriaged issues); pass --full for an exhaustive sweep. Use for backlog triage, deduplication, or board grooming.
