The Ethos docs system. Use whenever writing, editing, or restructuring any Ethos documentation — Docusaurus pages under docs/content/, the repo README, in-package READMEs, the agent-readable llms.txt, and the ETHOS.md shipped with each personality. Enforces page kinds (tutorial / how-to / reference / explanation / decision), front-matter contract, voice rules, anti-patterns, and the page-acceptance checklist. NOT for plan docs in plan/ (those follow their own conventions) or audit reports in plan/audits/ (those follow the security-audit skill). Invoke before any doc PR; flag any deviations during doc review.
