Guide the user to connect a custom domain to their Vercel-deployed app. Target architecture: <Registrar> -> Cloudflare (DNS + Email Routing) -> Vercel (hosting). Supports Hostinger, Cloudflare, OVH, Namecheap, Gandi, Porkbun, Infomaniak, IONOS, Squarespace (ex-Google Domains), and GoDaddy. Branches to a _dns-<provider> sub-skill for the nameserver change. Optionally configures Resend for sending.
