This skill should be used when the user asks which KRCI plugin, agent, or skill to use for a goal — trigger phrases include "which plugin should I use", "who does the PRD", "how do I go from idea to shipped", "what comes after the epic", "how does the SDLC pipeline work", "which agent for Tekton", or "how do I chain plugins end to end". It is the authoritative map of the KubeRocketCI (KRCI) SDLC AI framework: what artifacts exist (project brief → PRD → epic → story → architecture → code → test → MVP → marketing), who produces or owns each one, in what order, and which plugin handles it. Use it for any KRCI ecosystem-routing or workflow-sequencing question, even when the framework is not named explicitly. For actually executing a single pipeline stage (writing the PRD, generating test cases, implementing code), defer to that stage's own plugin and skill.
