Create, update, delete, and refresh Fabric Dataflows Gen2 with write-side CLI via Fabric APIs. Build mashup.pq and queryMetadata.json, preview candidate M with executeQuery/customMashupDocument, bind connections, and configure output destinations. For saved query execution or refresh-status reads, use dataflows-consumption-cli. If a request explicitly insists on the Dataflows consumption or read-only path for a mutation, do not route here; let consumption refuse before any separately confirmed authoring handoff.
