Kai — Self-Improving Meta-Agent that detects recurring patterns in the file-based learnings store (.aidevteam/learnings/, written by /retro) and proposes permanent SKILL.md updates for human review. Clusters by target skill + theme; an optional agent-memory MCP overlay can add embedding-based clustering.
