Cline is a fully open-source VS Code agent that plans, edits and runs commands with human-in-the-loop approval at every step. It was an early MCP adopter and its rules folder gives skills a natural install target.

Installation

$npx skills add <owner>/<repo>

Skills installed to the repository surface to Cline through its rules directory; combined with MCP servers from this directory you can assemble a completely open toolchain. Pick any skill below, copy its install command from the detail page, and run it from your project root.
