Installation

$npx skills add <owner>/<repo>

The Copilot CLI picks up SKILL.md files installed in your repository, and repo-level instruction files steer the PR agent. Install a skill once and both your editor and github.com sessions inherit it. Pick any skill below, copy its install command from the detail page, and run it from your project root.
